Patricia Johnson has been working as a wetland specialist with the Washington State Department of Ecology for eight years. During that time she has worked on developing a state rule for wetland mitigation banking, conducting Ecology's Washington State Wetland Mitigation Evaluation Study (Phase 1 and 2), co-authoring Wetlands in Washington - Volume 1: A Synthesis of the Science, helping to develop Ecology's guidance document Wetland Mitigation in Washington State, and most recently she is participating in a program to improve Ecology's wetland mitigation compliance monitoring. Patricia has a master's degree in environmental studies from the Evergreen State College.
