Margaret Clancy is the Resource Policy Program Manager at ESA Adolfson. She specializes in multidisciplinary projects that blend science, planning, policy development and public outreach. She served as the lead consultant for the Whatcom and Jefferson County SMP updates and has worked on SMP updates with numerous cities including Issaquah, Puyallup, Duvall, Sammamish and Bellingham. Margaret also helps local jurisdictions update and implement critical area ordinances and is working on several initiatives related to mitigation effectiveness, watershed characterization, and the integration of resource management and land use planning. She is a Professional Wetland Scientist and has 19 years of consulting experience in the Pacific Northwest.
